On March 29th, 2022, Neighbors Helping Neighbors organized a community meeting on RAD/PACT. They invited two representatives from NYCHA to explain the RAD/PACT program, a graduate student of The Graduate Center (CUNY) to share existing research about RAD, and three residents from Ocean Bay Houses, a development that has converted, to speak on their experience. After that, the mic was open for attendees to ask questions, most of which were targeted at NYCHA.
